Oftentimes we found customers present bookkeeping files done by bookkeepers that would require year end accounting adjusting entries to get ready for T2 tax filing. Engaging with a licensed CPA firm to do the bookkeeping will save the hassle (and additional costs) of accounting adjusting entries.

In order to give you a quote, we will assess the accounting needs of your business (number of transactions per month/quarter/year, frequency of financial reports, payroll needs, statutory filing or tax filing needs. The quote will give you service price estimate based on the info given to us.

Once you are okay with the quote provided, we will set up a Teams/Zoom meeting to discuss the timelines, deliverables, review process and payment options. 

Absolutely! While the details can be ironed out during our initial Teams/Zoom meetings, for Full Packaged bookkeeping service, it includes basic bookkeeping and financial analysis that will help you make the most optimal business decisions. We believe in communication effectiveness and efficiency, so we welcome periodic check ins to discuss your business financial health.

Management financial statements are prepared on behalf of the management. The set of financial statements are for internal use only and it will not have note disclosures attached.
